Northrop Grumman Computer Operator 3/4 (Mid - Sr) - TS/SCI w Poly required in Chantilly, Virginia

Understanding of technical risk assessment. Proven expertise at advanced levels in five of the following, to include ability to combine components into a functioning multi-layer network of heterogeneous devices and applications and ability to inspect and replicate a system of such components:

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4

-Level 3: Bachelor's Degree an accredited college or university and a minimum of5 years of experience, a Master's Degree and a minimum of3 years of experience, a PhD, or a total of9 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.

-Level 4: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of experience, a Master's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience, a PhD and a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a total of 13 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.

-Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security Clearance with a Polygraph examination

-Working knowledge of Windows 7 (to current) and Windows 2003 (to current) operating.

-Working knowledge of *NIX or *NIX-like (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, BSD,etc.) Operating Systemreleases within the last 10 years.

-Core network device (switch/router/hub) technology, configuration and maintenance experience

-Object-Oriented or Structured Language (C, C++, Java, .NET, Python, etc.) coding experience.

-Scripting experience (BASH, PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation or simplification.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Database Administration and application development with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or MySQL.

-Wireless (WiFi/WiMax/Bluetooth) technology (hardware or core software).

-Wired telephony technology (hardware or core software).

-Mobile telephony technology (hardware or core software).

-Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface with a variety of customers and independently design and develop tools to meet requirements.

-Advanced GIAC and/or (ISC)2 network/cyber security specialties.
