NG is seeking an experienced leader for our Aerodynamics team. The Aerodynamics manager acts as a personnel and technical lead for the team. This role requires managerial skills as well as hands-on technical expertise. The manager position is responsible for appropriate staffing, staff management, performance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

Manage Aerodynamics Matrix Department Supporting All Aerodynamic Prediction And Modeling Needs For Orbital Space Launch Systems, Sub-Orbital Target Rocket Launch Systems, And Tactical Missile Systems
Organize And Oversee Program Leads And Their Support Teams
Manage Staffing Adequacy Balance To Current And Future Program Needs
Staff Performance Reviews And Define Job Responsibilities
Develops And Administers Budgets And Standards Of Performance

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering plus 7 years of aerodynamics experience is required .
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
Ability to travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters of Science in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering is preferred
10 years of direct aerodynamics experience is preferred
