Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for Software Engineer 2/3 to support our Missile Defense Solutions at our Boulder, Colorado facilities. As a key member of our software integration and test team, you will be vital to software test development, test execution and debugging of multiple mission and experimental software baselines in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Additionally, you will participate in our initiatives to implement new I&T automation tools to further our refinement of Agile development practices.
Document, test and debug software
Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborates with software developers
Analyze system capabilities to resolve problems
Prepare operating instructions
Ensure software standards are met
Ability to travel on occasion to Northrop Grumman and customer locations
This Requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below
Level 2 - 6+ years of related experience with a High School Diploma, 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's in Science, 0 years with a masters.
Level 3 - 9+ years of related experience with a High School Diploma, 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's in Science, 3 years with a masters.
Active DoD Secret clearance
DoD Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible
Experience with formal requirement verification
Experience with Test Case Development for verification of Requirements
Python Tool development and automation
Basic Linux experience
For Colorado Location:
Level 2: Salary Minimum: $81,664 - Salary Maximum: $122,496
Level 3: Salary Minimum: $101,200 - Salary Maximum: $151,800
