Northrop Grumman Facilities Coordinator 2 in Bellevue, Nebraska

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Facilities Coordinator 2 to join our team. The position will be located in Bellevue, NE.

The Facilities Coordinator 2 will be responsible for helping to maintain a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) facility. The coordinator will be responsible for construction, obtaining vendors, repairs, installation and rearrangement of building assets. The coordinator will work with vendors to maintain building equipment and property. The candidate will maintain employees' work locations using Archibus software program. The coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to provide work stations as needed.

Essential Functions

Serve as Facilities primary point of contact for personnel moves and maintenance work requests and lead vendor contractors in the field.

Gather personnel move requests and input into the online system (Archibus) and compile weekly move schedule to maximize efficiency.

Gather information, plan, coordinate, and follow up with customers regarding requested Facilities services.

Manage and provide building repairs (Keys request, Copiers, Conference room set ups, etc)

Direct the completion of vendor work, and follow up to ensure that work and moves are completed on schedule.

Manage work order log through online system (Maintenance Connection) and organize work orders for efficient completion.

Revise work priorities regularly based on changing circumstances.

Move or assist with moving boxes/furniture and other requests as needed to meet completion targets and scheduled tasks.

Manage Facilities storage areas and ensure that material is stored properly and is well organized.

Manage and update Facilities property assets including chairs, whiteboards, keyboard trays, etc. and order equipment as needed.

Assist Facilities Representative as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED and 2 years' of experience working within a facilities environment., obtaining vendors, repairs, installation and rearrangement of building assets.

Ability to perform various facilities duties such as construction, installation, or rearrangement of equipment.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS SCI Security Clearance.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and be on their feet for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current active TS SCI security clearance

Familiarity with commercial modular furniture and ability to assemble/disassemble/modify furniture and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Proficient with tools including drills, dollies, and hand carts.

Experience assembling items such as standing desks/chairs and mounting large artwork and equipment on walls.
