The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is looking for motivated employees to fill the Supply Chain Planner role in the new Factory Supplier Manager Team, supporting the BWI Center of Excellence (COE). The Planner will be responsible to manage a group of suppliers who support the BWI factory. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a team to align with the new COE organizational structure. The Planner will oversee a group of assigned suppliers, manage supplier delivery commitments and quality performance, partner with the Supplier Mission Excellence teams to devise Supplier Performance Management Plans (SPMP) for each supplier under their domain, and ensure supplier deliveries align with the factory's needs. The candidate should have the ability create positive supplier relationships, set delivery priorities across multiple programs and factory needs, assist and work through supplier issues, and work in a matrixed organization that supports many internal customers. The candidate should have knowledge of SAP transactions, and be proficient with the Microsoft suite.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution

  • Three+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, or related fields, to include business and financial planning,contracts administration, project management, logistics, or manufacturing with a Bachelor's Degree, One year with a Master's Degree

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

US Citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP
