  • Firmware Design for simulation and control

  • Requirements verification

  • Actively support the investigation, resolution and documentation of product anomalies

  • Understanding Design to Cost

This is a Dual Band Requisition, candidates will be considered based on the BasicQualifications below.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related STEM discipline

  • For Band 3 , B.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experienceor M.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience

  • For Band 4 , B.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 9 years relevant industry experienceor M.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience

  • The ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams

  • Mix of hardware and software skills

  • Experience with software development, including experience with C/C++ Programming

  • Background and working knowledge in RF test and measurement concepts

  • Experience with test & measurement equipment

  • Experience with HW/SW integration

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance, U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline

  • Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming

  • Experience with schematic design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Zuken, etc.)

  • PCB design and layout is a plus

  • Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware

  • Hands-on experience with digital, analog & RF test equipment

  • Experience with FPGA programming/Firmware design experience
