The Mission Systems'Electrical DesignTechnology group is looking for talented individuals with experience in RF/analog design (MMICs and boards), and digital design (circuits and boards).

As a leader in the industry, the Electrical Design Technology's Signal Conversion Technology team is providing innovative solutions to the most impossible RF and Multi-functional electronics problems. Our customers are on Land, Sea, in the Air, Space and Cyberspace.

If you haven't done IC or module design before, this is a great opportunity for you to expand your capabilities working with our expert design teams. Your designs will encompass a variety of RF components including: power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters, ADCs, DACs, optical converters and IC packages.

Come work on a collaborative team of advanced engineers from systems and software to mechanical and manufacturing to hardware integration and test through the full product development and production processes.

This position is located in the Central Maryland Technology Corridor that offers the opportunity to live in a dynamic urban, suburban or waterfront areas with easy commutes and minutes to Annapolis, Washington DC or Downtown Baltimore.

Candidates will be considered forLevel 2 or 3 per the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications 2:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • 2+ years RF/Microwave Design experience or 0 years experience with a M.S Degree (relevant coursework will be considered)

  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance, U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite

  • Up to 10% travel

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • 5years RF/Microwave Design experience or 3 years experience with a M.S Degree (relevant coursework will be considered)

  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance, U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite

  • Up to 10% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agilent ADS or other circuit simulation tools

  • Experience with HFSS, Momentum, or other electromagnetic simulators

  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools

  • Previous circuit design experience for frequencies above 10GHz

  • Secret clearance or SSBI/SCI

  • Experience with Cadence for IC development
