The Business Operations Manager/Band 2 will be aligned to the Mission Systems GSC Division Director and is responsible for multifaceted elements of providing visibility and business solutions for the specific business area. The individual serves on the staff of the GSC Division Director and is responsible for developing the charter to optimize the effectiveness of that function. The individual must be able to execute the functions necessary to provide comprehensive business forecasting to predict and establish business solutions related to staffing, material receipts, material EACs, overall GSC performance, and business risk to successfully execute the GSC elements of the Division business portfolio. The individual must be able to coordinate and manage a group of diverse skills, as well as influence others outside his/her specific area of responsibility. The candidate will be required to work closely with the Material Finance community and all business units within the division to assure continuity and consistency in data collection and reporting and with the GSC Systems and Tools group to create and enhance the Supply Chain's tools to meet business objectives. Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree with at least five (5) years of financial experience in Operations, Finance and/or Supply Chain environment.

3+ years of team lead or management of people experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, and have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree.

Experience in Material Receipt Forecasting, EAC Forecasting, Earned Value, Intranet Program Review System (IPRS) knowledge.
