We are seeking a candidate who is interested in Test Engineering and has a Radio Frequency (RF) background. The chosen candidate will work with all the commodities and assemblies associated with multiple program and manufacturing areas. This includes test of RF/Digital CCAs, TRMs, system assemblies, and complete radar systems.
The right candidate will have analytical skills to lead, perform and provide oversight for the following.
o Encompass leadership skills to effectively communicate with manufacturing, hardware, production engineering and program management for resolution of hardware failures and incorporation of improvements
o Foster employee growth and development
o Perform Test data and FTTTY analysis
o Maintain test equipment spares in support of 100% uptime
o Maintain appropriate manpower to meet customers' needs
o Champion capital projects for commodity cells
o Support program meetings to resolve yield detractors
o Identify and maintain spares to keep test sets operational
o Commodity hardware troubleshooting, root cause/corrective action
o Maintain manufacturing test technician support
o Lead Test set troubleshooting and resolution
o Support Test procedure and automated test software updates for efficiency improvements
• BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science or other STEM Field
• 5 years of related experience or 3 years with an Master's degree
• 2 experience in leading or managing projects and/or people
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. (US citizenship is required.)
• 2 years of experience in RF test engineering or integration & test environment
• Previous RADAR design or test experience
• Functional manager, program manager, IPT lead, and/or other significant leadership role that included people and
technical leadership as well as project cost and schedule responsibilities
• Active Secret clearance. SAP clearances are also desired.
