We are seeking Earned Value Compliance Specialists at various locations around the United States.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Partner withProgram Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the BusinessManagement teams (Business managers, Schedulers, Program Cost Analysts(PCAs)) to ensure program compliance with CTM F300 - OneNG CorporateEarned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated policies andprocedures, as well as the EIA-748, Earned Value Management Systems 32Guidelines.
Support and leadInternal Surveillance, Compliance Reviews, Program Startup, JointSurveillance and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
Supportmaintenance of CTM F300, EVM policies and procedures and EVM training.
Provide support in implementing Earned Valuerequirements.
Other duties as required.
The ideal candidates will have a proactive work style, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational and prioritization skills as well.
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relatedprofessional experience, OR a Master's Degree with 4+ year of relatedprofessional experience.
Knowledge and experience on program(s) with acontractual Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement (i.e. FAR, DFARs or IC).
Strong understanding and working knowledge ofEIA-748 Guidelines, DOD EVMSIG, IPMR and CFSR.
Strong understanding and working knowledge ofCommand Media; NG CTM F300 and NGMS MSO D440 and MSO F380.
Strong understanding and working knowledge ofNGMS EVM Suite of Tools (MPM, COBRA, wInsight, evAssist, PLATO, AIU, etc.).
Knowledge and experience with DCMA EVMID and/orIC Joint Surveillance Reviews, IBRs, NG Internal Audit, NGMS InternalSurveillance and D&T Audits.
Experience with analyzing corrective actionrequests (CARs) and developing/closing corrective action plans (CAPs).
Ability to work autonomously as well as within ateam/collaborative environment.
Strong verbal/written communication andpresentation skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, planning andanalytical skills.
Ability to work and present to internal andexternal customers (i.e. senior leadership, functional and divisionorganizations).
Ability to travel domestically 25% of thetime.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SecretClearance is required. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
Completed NG EVM 8 Module training and scored80%+ on Proficiency Assessment.
Knowledge and experience with DCMA EVMID and/orIC Compliance Reviews.
Knowledge and experience developing systemdescription, guidance, processes, procedures, tools, templates and developingand delivering EVM training.
Knowledge developing and delivering EVMtraining.
Strong understanding and working knowledge ofCCDR (FlexFiles) and EVAS.
Knowledge and experience developing andmaintaining program schedule.
Strong understanding and working knowledge ofNGMS Scheduling Suite of Tools (MS Project, OPRA, Milestone Professional,OnePager Pro, forProject 3.4, PORTAL, etc.).
Knowledge and experience with Agile principles,tools and implementation.
Ability to travel domestically 50% of thetime.
Current Active Clearance (Secret, TS orTS/SCI).
