Designs, builds and maintains integrated master schedules, monitors project performance, and generates accurate and timely reports and analyses for new or existing programs. Monitors and reviews EVMS integration between cost and schedule using established compliance guidance (command media, IPMR, etc.) Supports communications involving IMS status / processes with internal and external customers. Analyzes effects of project status and IMS execution upon various areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test IPTs. Resolves resource and interdependency conflicts within the IMS through close communication with CAMs, IPTs, and PMs. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, IMS metric development and analysis (DCMA 14) and risk mitigation / SRA processes. Limited travel may be required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in any combination of the following:
Earned Value Management
Engineering or Operations planning
Program master planning
Scheduling and integrated cost/schedule management
Proficiency in standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required)
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience and knowledge with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool
Experience with scheduleanalysis tools
Experience and understanding IMS development process, DCMA 14 Point
Schedule Assessment,and SRA
