This role performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Candidate will lead Systems Engineering IPT involving overall system development, integration & test, and CAM responsibilities. The detailed scope includes requirement verification, sensor functional test, subsystem preparation & delivery toward thermal vacuum test. This role also includes responsible engineer management, RE and analysis staff assignment, training, and related technical staff management. CAM responsibility include EVMS, budget allocation, schedule management, and status reporting to management on a regular basis with internal stakeholders and customers. The candidate may be required to travel in support of customer coordination and technical interchange meetings as needed.
This role will have supervision of a team that will include roughly 20 technical direct reports. Occasional travel may be required and is estimated to be around 10% of the time.

Bachelor's ina STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
10years in system development and Integration and Test including at least 4 years of experience in Space Programs using EVMS
Active DoD Secret security clearance must be held and maintained. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes and methods
Missile Warning program or related OPIR space program knowledge
Demonstrated experience in IPT management
Previous Cost Account Management (CAM) Experience is highly desired
Active DoD TopSecret security clearance is desired
