Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Signals Intelligence(SIGINT) Ground Processing Mission Engineerbased out of Aurora, CO.
What You'll get to Do:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to conduct innovative analysis using extensive operational and technical signals analytical skills. Responsibilities will include analysis of operational and engineering datasets for traditional and nontraditional SIGINT data formats. Must have the ability to discover signal processing anomalies and support digital tuners to correct processing errors. Will have the responsibility to provide end-to-end data processing assessments on a daily basis.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in technical and operational SIGINT experience with emphasis on Electronic (ELINT) experience. Extensive knowledge of Digital Signals Processing (DSP) and SIGINT Ground Processing algorithms is a requirement. Extensive knowledge in both Pre-D and Post-D applications, to include detection, de-interleaving, characterization, identification, and geolocation is required. Experience with Communications Externals (COMEXT) analysis is a plus, but not required.
A strong ELINT background with a working knowledge of WRANGLER, CED, and EWIR databases is required. An ability to research current emitter operational parametrics using all National resources is essential to successful execution of this position. The successful candidate will be able to provide metrics for technical and operational signals analysis on a daily basis.
The candidate should have experience with SIGINT processing and analytical systems such as: STE, IEP, CBET, IANA, GALE, M*INT, PASS, SSITL, MatLab, and Martes. The ability to work is Linux/UNIX and Windows environments is preferred. It is the expectation that the successful candidate will train and mentor additional analysts as the program needs to expand and more analyst positions are added. The candidate must have a proven ability to perform technical demonstrations to all levels of customers across a range of on-premises and cloud environments. Knowledge of cloud computing and C2S is necessary.
The ability to provide Performance Assessment and Product Quality metrics to other team members, to management and to a range of customers is critical to the success of this position. The selected candidate must be able to provide detailed metrics reports based on collection and processing effectiveness concerning issues such as: signal containment, signal characterization, and collection effectiveness across multiple and disparate platforms.
The successful candidate should have past experience and successful performance interacting with and briefing decision makers on key analysis and technical details. Additionally, this position will be expected to support NG business opportunities by working with customers, suggesting sound technical enhancements, and expanding programmatic footprint through innovative technical solutions which meet or exceed customer needs and initiatives.
Up to 25% travel may be associated with this position.

Bachelor's degreewith 9+ years of relevant experience;7+ years of relevant experiencewith Masters. Associates degree with 11+ years of relevant experience; or 13+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong background in technical and operational SIGINT experience with emphasis Electronic (ELINT) experience
A current/active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willing to take a CI poly
