Northrop Grumman Space Systems and NEW MOON is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a System Tuning Specialist. The desired candidate skill sets include intermediate ELINT (Pulsed and CW) knowledge and an end-to-end understanding of heritage processing systems. Experience with a wide range of analysis tools and methods are desired. HPCAT/CBET experience preferred. Candidate must be a self-starting team worker able to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment. Candidate must be able to present analysis results and communicate effectively within a team and in front of the customer.

This requisition may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled as either an Intelligence Analyst or a Principal Intelligence Analyst.

Basic Qualifications for an Intelligence Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience; zero (0) years with Master. Associates degree with four (4) years of experience; or six (6) years of relevant experience will considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Operations/Technical Signals Analysis with experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis in conjunction with one or more of the following military courses: Air Force 1N2A (1N5 equivalent), Navy CTT or CTR and Army 35N (98J or 98K equivalent)

  • Current/active Top Secret clearance; must be willing to obtain an SCI and submit to a Counter Intelligence polygraph

  • Knowledge, comprehension and application of tools/tool suites used in signal analysis (IANA, STE, MARTES, CBET or similar)

  • Knowledge, comprehension and application of signals analysis techniques

  • Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience; three (3) years with Master; zero (0) years with PhD. Associates degree with seven (7) years of experience; or nine (9) years of relevant experience will considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Operations/Technical Signals Analysis with experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis in conjunction with one or more of the following military courses: Air Force 1N2A (1N5 equivalent), Navy CTT or CTR and Army 35N (98J or 98K equivalent)

Salary Minimum: $70,896

Salary Maximum: $106,344

Principal Intelligence Analyst

Salary Minimum: $87,780

Salary Maximum: $131,670
