Northrop Grumman Associate Cyber Systems Engineer in Aurora, Colorado

As an entry level Hardware Technician, you will work with a team of experienced professionals learning the in's and out's of site installation requirements and integration activities.

You will work with multiple programs to coordinate deliveries and support/troubleshoot existing hardware systems.

You will provide support for program milestones and ensure system compatibility prior to delivery.

Will support/lead integration teams to solve multi-system/multi-discipline problems.

Will attend meetings in support of team interests and recognize impacts induced by others.

May need to present technical information to team and customers on site processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree and 0 years OR High school/equivalent and 4 years' of experience in security or hardware analysis.

  • Ability to use Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel to track process status and coordinate with other parties

  • Experience using windows operating system

  • Ability to interface and communicate with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors

  • Must be willing to work overtime or off hours occasionally when necessary

  • Able to present technical information to customers and associates and make recommendations on the best path forward

-Requires ability to travel as required, although this is expected to be minimal

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Requires US Citizenship

  • Requires an active or Current TS/SCI/SSBI Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in an Engineering subject

  • Familiar with site specific processes such as DRs (Discrepancy Reports) and RFCs (Request for Change)

  • Experience maintaining hardware system interfaces and coordinating installations

  • Familiar with current technologies in communications and networking

  • Experience with UNIX operating system
