Northrop Grumman is looking for an Industrial Security Analys to: develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks independently without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related security experience or Master's degree and 4 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Active Top Secret clearance;
SCI and/or SAP access.
Experience with ICDs, NISPOM, or other relevant security directives.
Self-starter with minimal supervision.
Willing to work flexible and extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Computer and desktop office software products experience.
Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience.
