Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a team performing network implementations located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide project management for CONUS and OCONUS network implementations. Candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating activities with network engineers and government customers; identifying, ordering, shipping and tracking equipment; provide cost estimates, and producing implementation schedules. Candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and participating in project reviews as required, scheduling pre-shipment audits/reviews coordinating with and obtaining approvals from the CCN and OCB, and update SSPs. Candidate must be familiar with network equipment, terminology, and implementations. Candidate must also be experienced with the ARF process for submission and approvals. Candidate will be required to provide weekly activity reports. Occasional TDY (to non-hostile areas) may be required.

This requisition may be filled at either a Principal level or a Sr Principal level.

Basic Qualifications for a Principal Level:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

Bachelor of Science Degree + 5 years experience in project management or equivalent

Master's Degree + 3 years relevant experience

High School/GED + 9 years relevant experience

Candidate must have background in network implementation and be familiar with network terminology.

Experience with network implementation and equipment is required

Basic Qualifications for a Sr Principal Level:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

Bachelor of Science Degree + 9 years experience in project management or equivalent

Master's Degree + 7 years relevant experience

High School/GED +13 years relevant experience

Candidate must have background in network implementation and be familiar with network terminology.

Experience with network implementation and equipment is required

Security Clearance: Candidates must have TS//SCI clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

PMP Certification is preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs

Experience with Service Management 9 (SM9) is desired
