Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking Cyber System Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

Description of Position:
Work with the team to design, develop, and deploy a Data Dictionary tool to be used. Will develop, test, and integrate capabilities designed as part of a common contract architecture to transition legacy, stove piped capabilities into an enterprise-wide design to maintain a master repository of Information Assurance specifications, attributes, and vocabularies. Position requires excellent customer relationship experience, and hands-on technical experience.High level tasks include creation of User Stories, analysis of IAA presentations and IC specifications to research requirements, providing briefings and demonstrations, developing and/or reviewing technical documentation.

·Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Four (04) years of system engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
·Shall have nine (09) years of experience as a System Engineer supporting software intensive system and software development including areas such as requirements analysis, requirements management, system architecture, system design, process execution and evaluation, selections and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, systems development, integration, verification and sustainment.
·Shall have requirements analysis and decomposition
·Shall have customer relationship experience
·Shall have experience preparing user documentation and system CONOPS
·Shall have experience with Unix/CentOS Administration
·Shall have experience with XML, REST, databases
·Shall have experience with Agile/Jira
·Shall have experience with Virtualization
