Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.
Demonstrated experience in sorting through lots of information and then extracting the key elements necessary to construct a high level systems models.

Ability to read, understand, and extract key information Systems Engineering artifacts such as: Requirements Documents, Architectural Design Documents, Test Plan Documents, Interface Specifications, CONOPS and Functional Description Documents etc.
Experience with the software development process and the artifacts it produces.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently or in teams within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and collaborate with multiple technical organizations across the Agency.
Detailed understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Word, and especially Microsoft Visio.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Four (4) years of additional systems engineering experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Security Clearance: An active TS/SCIclearance with polygraph is Required
Basic understanding of the purpose of systems modeling efforts and products such as Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, or Cameo.
Familiarity with SysML and UML modeling languages.
Knowledge of and experience using Confluence/JIRA/Gliffy
Ability to lead meetings, give presentations, and negotiate with and between people when differences arise
